As a Junior Art Director for Red Square Agency, I got tapped to help with a pitch for new business to Eldorado Resorts, after previous pitch ideas had fallen flat. The idea of "It All Adds Up" was meant to represent the merger of Eldorado and a few smaller casinos. I chose an ampersand as a subtle representation of a combination of things. Family is an important theme for Eldorado, so the campaign focused around inclusion of both new guests and new employees to the Eldorado way. I led a team of a Senior Art Director, Junior Art Director and Copywriter to bring my idea full circle. This pitch won the account and got me promoted to Senior Art Director.
